2. Common Topics
Before reaching out, you may find a quick answer to some of the most common questions:
- Account & Sign-In: Help with registration, logging in, or recovering access to your account.
- Creating & Synchronizing Tabs: Guidance on building, syncing, and publishing your Jamtabs for guitar, bass, and drums.
- Playback & Practice Tools: Using tempo adjustment, looping, section isolation, and play-along features.
- Subscriptions & Billing: Questions about plans, payments, and managing your subscription.
- Creator Channels: Publishing content, managing subscribers, and community features.
3. Music Playback
In the Jamtab mobile applications, tablature is synchronized to music played back through
a third-party music service using your own account with that service.
- Jamtab for iOS: playback is provided through Apple Music and requires an active Apple Music subscription.
- Jamtab for Android: playback is provided through the YouTube player.
If a song will not play, the most common causes are: the track is not available in
your region or on your music service, your music subscription is inactive or not
authorized, or the device is offline. Songs without a matching track on your platform's
music service are not shown in the app.
4. Reporting Content or a User
Jamtab is a creator and community platform. Members publish tablature, synchronization
data, original creator videos, and comments. If you encounter content that is
objectionable, abusive, infringing, or that you believe violates our policies, please
report it so we can take appropriate action.
To report content or a user, email
admin@jamtab.com
with the subject line "Content Report" and include:
- The URL or location of the content within the Services;
- The username of the member who published it, if known;
- A brief description of the problem.
We review every report we receive and act promptly on content that violates our
policies. Violating content is removed, and we may suspend or terminate the account
responsible. Members whose content is repeatedly removed are subject to the repeat
infringer policy described in our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
5. Community Standards
To keep Jamtab useful for everyone, members may not publish content that is unlawful,
harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of
others. Members may not impersonate other people, spam the community, or attempt to
interfere with the operation of the Services.
These standards apply to tablature, creator videos, comments, usernames, and profile
information. Full terms are set out in our
Terms and Conditions.
6. Copyright & DMCA
If you believe content on Jamtab infringes your copyright, please review our
Copyright / DMCA Policy
for instructions on submitting a copyright notice or counter-notification.
Copyright notices should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent, who is registered
with the United States Copyright Office. Full contact details are published in that policy.
