Please understand that publicly shared content may be copied, indexed, or redistributed by others outside of Jamtab's control.
5. Music Services and Embedded Media
In the Jamtab mobile applications, music playback is provided by third-party music services using your own
account with those services. When you use these features, those services receive information directly from
your device and process it under their own privacy policies, which Jamtab does not control.
Apple Music (iOS)
On iOS, playback is provided through Apple Music using Apple's MusicKit framework. If you choose to authorize
Apple Music, Apple handles that authorization and provides Jamtab with a token that allows playback on your device.
Jamtab does not receive your Apple ID password. Your use of Apple Music is subject to
Apple's Privacy Policy.
YouTube (Android)
On Android, playback is provided through the YouTube embedded player. YouTube and Google may collect information
about your interaction with the embedded player, including through cookies and similar technologies. Your use of
the YouTube player is subject to the
YouTube Terms of Service and the
Google Privacy Policy.
Music Metadata
Jamtab retrieves album artwork and release metadata from third-party music metadata providers in order to
identify recordings and match them to published tablature.
6. Sign-In Services
You may create or access an account using an email address and password, or by using a third-party sign-in
provider such as Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
If you use a third-party sign-in provider, that provider authenticates you and shares limited profile information
with Jamtab, typically your name and email address. Jamtab never receives your password for those accounts.
Sign in with Apple additionally allows you to hide your email address, in which case Jamtab receives a relay address
rather than your personal one.
7. Push Notifications
If push notifications are enabled in a future release, our mobile applications may use Firebase Cloud Messaging,
a Google service, to deliver them. This involves a device registration token that identifies your installation
of the app. You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Jamtab may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences,
improve performance, analyze traffic and usage patterns, and personalize user experiences.
You may control certain cookie settings through your browser or device settings. Disabling cookies may prevent
you from staying signed in or using some features.
9. Sharing of Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and providers who assist in operating the Services, including cloud hosting
and storage providers, content delivery providers, payment processors, and customer support services.
Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information to comply with applicable law or legal requests, enforce our Terms or policies, protect users,
creators, Jamtab, or the public, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security concerns.
Business Transfers
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
Jamtab does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own
independent advertising purposes.
10. Data Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain platform integrity,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve moderation or enforcement records.
Content or account information may persist in backups, logs, or archival systems for a period of time after deletion requests.
11. Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure,
alteration, or destruction. However, no system or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure,
and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Rights and Choices

You may update your account information and manage communication preferences from your profile at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting

We will process verified requests within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where legally
required or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution,
and copyright enforcement records.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Jamtab, please contact
